INSURANCE KEY TO SAFEGUARDING PROPERTY, SAYS ZSIC

THE Zambia State Insurance Corporation (ZSIC) says there is a need for the public to cultivate the culture of insuring property to safeguard investment for unforeseen accidents.

ZSIC Managing Director General Insurance Limited, Charles Nakhoze explained this during a courtesy call paid on Western Province Permanent Secretary this morning.

Mr Nakhoze explained that the insurance company in 2020 made major strides in the insurance sector because of its good insurance policies.

He said the company is currently partnering with some selected Government ministries in offering social security programmes aimed at empowering the community through social cash transfer.

The Managing Director noted that the purpose of visiting Western Province is to interact with the already existing and would-be clients in the quest to market the insurance company’s products
