A TRADE delegation from the DR Congo is the country country for a bilateral meeting on the toll road and bridge projects.
The DRC delegation is led by DRC Minister of Infrastructure and Public Works Willy Ngoopos and Haut -Katanga Governor Jacques Katwe.
The DRC government officials are making a reciprocal trip to the Zambian ministerial delegation’s recent visit to that country.
ZANIS reports that the DRC delegation will be engaging with Zambia’s Minister of Housing and Infrastructure Development Vincent Mwale and Luapula Province Minister Nickson Chilangwa.
The DRC team is hopeful that the Lusaka bilateral engagement will culminate into the final implementation of the project.
Today’s bilateral meeting will be centred on the actualization of the Kasomeno-Mwenda toll road and Luapula bridge project.
